Assembly & Preparation

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assemble on a clean, flat surface.

  1. Attach hose: Connect hose to tank outlet and wand inlet securely.
  2. Install nozzle: Screw adjustable nozzle onto wand tip.
  3. Attach carrying strap: Clip strap to designated hooks on tank.
  4. Install filter: Place filter into tank opening before adding liquid.

WARNING! Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves and eye protection when handling chemicals. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Use

Prepare sprayer for initial operation.

  1. Clean tank: Rinse tank with clean water before first use.
  2. Mix solution: Dilute concentrate according to product instructions in a separate container.
  3. Fill tank: Pour mixed solution through filter into tank, do not overfill.
  4. Pressurize: Pump handle 10-15 times until firm resistance is felt.
  5. Test spray: Point nozzle in a safe direction, release trigger lock, and spray briefly to clear air from system.

CAUTION! Never fill tank with hot liquids or exceed maximum fill line. Always release pressure before opening tank cap.

Controls and Parts

Main controls: Pump Handle, Trigger, Nozzle Adjuster, Pressure Relief Valve, Trigger Lock.

Pump Handle: Lift and press down to build pressure. Trigger: Squeeze to spray, release to stop. Nozzle Adjuster: Rotate to change spray pattern. Pressure Relief Valve: Push lever to safely release pressure. Trigger Lock: Slide to lock trigger in off position.

Maintenance: Regular cleaning of tank, filter, and nozzle. Storage: Empty tank, rinse thoroughly, and store with cap off in a cool, dry place.

Operating Instructions

Proper spraying technique for effective application.

  1. Pressurize: Pump handle until firm resistance (approx. 10-15 strokes).
  2. Carry: Use shoulder strap for balanced carrying.
  3. Spray: Hold wand, point nozzle at target, squeeze trigger.
  4. Adjust pressure: Add pump strokes if spray force decreases.
  5. Release pressure: Use relief valve before opening tank or storing.

Tip: Maintain consistent walking speed and wand height for even coverage. Spray in calm weather to avoid drift.

Spray Nozzle Adjustment

Nozzle provides multiple spray patterns.

  1. Fine Mist: Rotate nozzle fully counter-clockwise for broad, gentle coverage.
  2. Medium Spray: Middle position for general purpose spraying.
  3. Jet Stream: Rotate fully clockwise for targeted, high-pressure stream.
  4. Off Position: Turn between settings to stop flow without locking trigger.

Test pattern on a safe surface before application. Clean nozzle if pattern becomes uneven.

Safety Features

Pressure Relief Valve: Prevents over-pressurization. Trigger Lock: Prevents accidental discharge. Chemical-Resistant Materials: Compatible with common agrochemicals.

Always: Read chemical label instructions. Wear PPE. Do not spray near people, pets, or food crops. Keep out of reach of children.

Care & Maintenance

Clean after each use to prolong life and prevent cross-contamination.

  1. Release all pressure via relief valve.
  2. Empty any remaining liquid properly according to local regulations.
  3. Rinse tank three times with clean water, shaking each time.
  4. Disassemble nozzle and filter, clean with soft brush and water.
  5. Air dry all parts completely before storage.
  6. Lubricate pump plunger O-ring with silicone grease periodically.

CAUTION! Never use solvents or abrasive cleaners. Store empty, dry, and with cap loosened.
