Safety Instructions

Read and understand all instructions before operation. Always wear appropriate PPE.

  1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe boots, and dust mask.
  2. Work Area Safety: Ensure stable footing, clear area of tripping hazards, and keep bystanders away.
  3. Tool Inspection: Check for damage before each use; do not operate if damaged.
  4. Blade Safety: Ensure blade is properly mounted, sharp, and appropriate for material.
  5. Fuel Safety: Refuel in well-ventilated area with engine off and cool.

WARNING! Risk of kickback, blade breakage, and flying debris. Always use both hands and maintain firm grip.

Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Assemble on a clean, flat surface.

  1. Attach Handle: Secure front and rear handles using provided bolts and wrench.
  2. Mount Blade: Ensure engine is off. Place blade on spindle, secure with flange and nut. Tighten with wrench.
  3. Install Blade Guard: Align guard with mounting points and secure.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Attach hose to water inlet; ensure connection is tight to prevent leaks.
  5. Fuel Mix: Prepare 50:1 gasoline to 2-stroke oil mixture. Fill fuel tank.

CAUTION! Do not force components. Ensure all fasteners are tightened to specification.

Specifications

Controls and Components

Main Controls: Throttle trigger, Throttle lockout, Stop switch, Choke lever, Primer bulb, Depth adjustment knob.

Components: Engine, Fuel tank, Air filter, Spark plug, Cutting blade, Blade guard, Water inlet, Carrying handle.

Operation: Press throttle lockout while squeezing throttle to operate. Use choke for cold starts. Adjust cutting depth via knob on blade guard. Stop engine using stop switch.

Operation Guide

Starting, cutting, and shutting down procedures.

  1. Pre-Start Check: Verify fuel, oil, blade tightness, and water connection.
  2. Starting: Set choke, press primer 5 times, pull starter cord until engine fires, then move choke to run position.
  3. Cutting: Align blade with cut line, engage throttle, lower blade gradually into material.
  4. Shutdown: Release throttle, allow blade to stop, press stop switch, turn off water supply.

Tip: Allow engine to warm up at idle for 30 seconds before cutting.

Cutting Techniques

For concrete, asphalt, masonry, and stone.

  1. Straight Cuts: Mark cut line, align blade guard guide with line, maintain steady forward pressure.
  2. Deep Cuts: Make multiple passes, increasing depth incrementally.
  3. Curved Cuts: Use smaller blade if necessary; pivot saw slowly.
  4. Wet Cutting: Always use water feed to reduce dust and extend blade life.
  5. Plunge Cutting: Not recommended; start from edge whenever possible.

WARNING! Do not force blade; let blade do the work. Avoid twisting or side loading.

Maintenance Schedule

Daily: Clean air filter, check blade for damage, inspect water system. Weekly: Check spark plug, clean cooling fins, verify all fasteners are tight. Monthly: Clean fuel filter, check fuel lines, inspect anti-vibration elements. As Needed: Replace worn blades, change fuel mix if stored over 30 days.

Storage Guidelines

Long-term storage preparation.

  1. Drain fuel tank and run engine until it stops.
  2. Remove spark plug and add 1 teaspoon of oil into cylinder; pull starter slowly to distribute.
  3. Clean entire saw, especially blade and cooling fins.
  4. Store in dry, cool place, covered to prevent dust accumulation.

CAUTION! Never store with fuel in tank for more than 30 days to avoid gum formation.
