Engine Assembly Parts

Ignition System Parts

  2. Spark Plug: STIHL # 0000 400 1300 or equivalent BOSCH WSR6F.
  3. Flywheel: Part # 1114 400 1205 - With magnets and fan blades.

  5. Wiring Harness: Part # 1110 957 0701 - Connects coil to switch.

CAUTION! Ensure proper air gap between flywheel and ignition coil.

Fuel System Parts

Cutting Attachment & Guide Bar

Guide bar, chain, sprocket, bar nuts, and chain tensioner.

Guide Bar: STIHL Rollomatic. Common sizes: 16" (3003 000 3916), 18" (3003 000 3918). Chain: 3/8" Pitch, .050" Gauge. Part # 3613 005 0055 (16" loop). Sprocket: Rim sprocket, Part # 1122 640 2001. Chain Tensioner: Part # 1110 790 4800 - Includes screw and pin.

Clutch & Chain Brake Assembly

Centrifugal clutch, drum, chain brake band, and activation lever.

  1. Turn off engine and ensure chain is stopped before inspection.
  2. Clutch Assembly: Part # 1110 160 2001 - Includes springs and shoes.
  3. Clutch Drum: Part # 1114 160 2500 - With sprocket bearing.
  4. Chain Brake Band: Part # 1110 791 4801 - Stainless steel band.
  5. Hand Guard/Activation Lever: Part # 1110 791 0600.

Tip: Replace clutch springs if engine RPMs are high but chain does not engage.

Housing & Handle Parts

Supports AV (Anti-Vibration) system, starter assembly, and throttle linkage.

  1. Starter Assembly: Part # 1110 070 3201 - Includes pulley, spring, rope, handle.
  2. Front Handle: Part # 1110 791 0400 - With anti-vibration mounts.
  3. Rear Handle: Part # 1110 791 0500 - Fuel tank housing.
