Assembly & Preparation

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assemble on a clean, flat surface.

  1. Attach handles: Secure front and rear handles with provided bolts.
  2. Install cutting blade: Ensure machine is off; mount diamond blade onto arbor, secure with flange and nut.
  3. Connect water system: Attach water hose to inlet; check for leaks.
  4. Fuel mix: Prepare correct gasoline and 2-stroke oil mixture (refer to specifications).
  5. Check all fasteners: Ensure all nuts, bolts, and guards are tight.

WARNING! Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and dust mask during assembly and operation.

First-Time Operation

Perform pre-operation checks before starting.

  1. Check fuel: Ensure proper fuel mix in tank.
  2. Check water supply: Connect to water source; turn on to ensure flow to blade.
  3. Start engine: Set on flat surface; engage throttle lockout; pull starter cord firmly.
  4. Warm up: Allow engine to run at idle for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Test controls: Verify throttle response, chain brake (if equipped), and stop switch.
  6. Practice cutting: On a scrap material to get feel of saw.

CAUTION! Never operate without water supply for dust control. Keep bystanders at a safe distance.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Main Controls: Throttle trigger, Throttle lockout, Stop switch, Choke, Starter grip, Depth adjustment knob, Water flow valve.

Operation: Squeeze throttle lockout and trigger to increase engine speed. Release to idle. Use stop switch to kill engine instantly.

Settings: Depth adjustment via rear gauge; set before cutting. Water flow valve controls water to blade; adjust for adequate dust suppression. Choke for cold starts.

Cutting Procedures

For cutting concrete, asphalt, brick, or stone.

  1. Mark cut line: Use chalk or marker on surface.
  2. Set depth: Adjust gauge to desired cutting depth.
  3. Start water: Ensure steady flow to blade.
  4. Start saw: Allow blade to reach full speed before contacting material.
  5. Begin cut: Lower blade gently onto mark; let saw do the work—do not force.
  6. Guide saw: Keep firm grip, follow line steadily.
  7. Complete cut: At end, release throttle, allow blade to stop before lifting.
  8. Shut down: Turn off engine, close water supply.

Tip: Make multiple passes for deeper cuts. Always cut in a well-ventilated area or outdoors.

Maintenance Schedule

Regular maintenance ensures performance and longevity.

IntervalTask
Before each useCheck fuel, water connections, blade tightness, guards
After each useClean saw, flush water system, inspect blade for damage
Every 20 hoursCheck air filter, clean or replace
Every 50 hoursCheck spark plug, replace if worn
Every 100 hoursInspect fuel lines, carburetor adjustment (by qualified technician)
SeasonalDrain fuel for storage, lubricate moving parts

WARNING! Perform maintenance only when saw is off and cool. Disconnect spark plug wire for safety.

Safety Features

Throttle Lockout: Prevents accidental throttle activation. Chain Brake: Inertia-activated to stop blade upon kickback. Blade Guard: Covers blade except cutting area. Vibration Damping: Reduces operator fatigue. Stop Switch: Immediate engine shut-off.

Care & Storage

Clean after each use with dry cloth. Store in dry, cool place.

  1. Drain fuel tank if storing over 30 days.
  2. Remove blade, clean and store separately.
  3. Lubricate exposed metal parts to prevent rust.
  4. Cover saw to protect from dust.

CAUTION! Never store with fuel in tank in enclosed spaces due to fire risk.
